Day trip to Amaru Zoo in Cuenca

THE DEVELOPMENT OF A TOWN IS BASED ON THE EDUCATION OF ITS CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE.

With the financing of Mister Jaime Agget thanks to David Goucher, the support of the GAD Municipal and the collaboration of the PP. FF. Yesterday the students of 7th grade of the POLIVIO SAQUICELA Unit visited the AMARU Zoo-Biopark, in order to learn about the effects of deforestation, trafficking of flora and fauna and the possession of wild animals as pets, in addition to learning about the characteristics and habitat of a variety of animals and birds, but especially to have the opportunity to appreciate in a real way the large amount of wildlife that this park has. Thank you for trusting me to organize this adventure, because I still believe that you learn much more in a real context, and that an educated child will be a better citizen.
